VEB received 107.6 bln rubles in govt funds in H1

MOSCOW. Aug 29 (Interfax) - Vnesheconombank (VEB) received 103.4 billion rubles for compensation of expenditures on repayment of foreign debt in March and June 2017, the Russian state lender said in its IFRS financial statement for the first half of the year.

In addition, VEB received 4.2 billion rubles in the reporting period for compensation of losses arising from the gratuitous transfer of assets to the Russian Treasury.

It is expected that VEB will annually receive 150 billion rubles from the Russian budget in 2017-2019.
