UGC deputy chief Kutsenko named to head Agriculture Ministry's regulation department

MOSCOW. Sept 1 (Interfax) - Anatoly Kutsenko has been appointed to a key post at the Agriculture Ministry - director of agricultural markets regulation - which was vacated in mid-August, a market source told Interfax.

An Agriculture Ministry spokesman confirmed the information.

The appointment marks Kutsenko's return to the Agriculture Ministry, where he served as director of the department of economics and state support of the agricultural sector, before leaving in the middle of 2016.

He is currently deputy general director of United Grain Company and sites on the board of directors of Russian grain terminal Novorossiisk Bread Combine (NKHP) , which is UGC's main asset.

Kutsenko replaces Vladimir Volik, who is leaving the Agriculture Ministry of his own accord.
