Tajikistan boosts industrial output 22.1% in 2025
DUSHANBE. Feb 10 (Interfax) - Tajikistan boosted industrial output 22.1% to 66.7 billion somoni or $7.1 billion at the current rate in 2025, the Economic Development and Trade Ministry said in a report.
Mining industry output rose 36.2%, manufacturing 10.5%, electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning 13% and water utilities 22.8%.
Electricity output rose 7% to 23.9 billion kilowatt-hours.
The country launched 396 new industrial enterprises and created more than 2,400 jobs in 2025.
