Azerbaijani, Russian deputy PMs discuss energy, transport cooperation
BAKU. Nov 26 (Interfax) - Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak discussed ways to expand bilateral economic relations at a meeting in Baku on Wednesday, the Azerbaijani government's press service told Interfax.
"It was noted at it that the meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Dushanbe on October 9 gave impetus to comprehensive cooperation between the two countries," the press service said.
Mustafayev and Novak agreed that bilateral economic relations are developing at a rapid pace and discussed the prospects for trade, economic, energy and transport cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia.
