Russia to supply Hungary with 5-5.5 mln tonnes of oil in 2025; similar volume expected in 2026 - Szijjarto

MOSCOW. Oct 15 (Interfax) - Russian oil supplies to Hungary by the end of 2025 should total approximately 5-5.5 million tonnes, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said on the sidelines of the Russian Energy Week (REW-2025) forum.

Szijjarto said that the country has already received 3.6 million tonnes of Russian oil.

Szijjarto said that, oil imports from Russia next year are expected to remain the same as this year at 5-5.5 million tonnes. "In accordance with the contract," he emphasized.
