EU reps to discuss sanctions against Russia on Nov 27 - agenda
BRUSSELS. Nov 25 (Interfax) - The EU Committee of Permanent Representatives (Coreper) will discuss another package of anti-Russian sanctions on November 27.
According to the published meeting agenda, views will be exchanged on individual sanctions and economic measures
The discussions aim to draft resolutions and regulations on restrictive measures against actions that undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, as well as measures "in view of Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine."
The meeting will also extend for one year without a discussion the restrictive measures related to serious violations and abuse of human rights. These EU sanctions apply to a number of Russian citizens.
