Ukrenergo announces power outage schedule for Monday

MOSCOW. Nov 25 (Interfax) - Hourly power outage schedules will be in effect in Ukraine between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., Ukrainian media said, citing Ukrenergo information published on a social network.

"The time and scope of restrictions will be as the follows on November 25: one group will be disconnected between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.," the statement said.

Damage done to energy facilities is the cause of temporary restrictions, it said.

The time and scope of restrictions may change over the day, the statement said, urging consumers not to turn on several powerful electrical appliances at once when power supply resumes on schedule.
