Kazakhstan shipped 60,000 tonnes of wheat to Russia in Sept; plans 95,000 tonnes in Oct
ASTANA. Oct 3 (Interfax) - Kazakhstan shipped 60,000 tonnes of wheat to Russia, including for transit, in September and will ship 95,000 tonnes in October, national railway company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ) told Interfax.
KTZ denied some media reports that Kazakhstan had allegedly banned or limited exports of wheat to Russia or transit of wheat through Russia.
Kazakhstan's Agriculture Ministry told Interfax that Kazakhstan had not imposed any ban on wheat exports.
