Russia, Uzbekistan sign agreements on Agroexpress, marking drugs
TASHKENT. Sept 10 (Interfax) - Russian and Uzbek prime ministers Mikhail Mishustin and Abdulla Aripov signed a joint communique after the fifth meeting of the Joint Commission at the level of heads of government, an Interfax correspondent reported from the signing ceremony in Tashkent.
Russian Economic Development Minister Maxim Reshetnikov and Uzbek Investment, Industry and Trade Minister Laziz Kudratov signed an intergovernmental agreement to cooperate on the implementation of the Agroexpress project to arrange express railway shipments of agricultural goods.
Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko and the chairman of Uzbekistan's Tax Committee, Sherzod Kudbiyev signed an intergovernmental agreement on information cooperation to transfer data on codes for marking drugs for medical applications.
In addition, Murashko and Uzbek Health Minister Asilbek Khudayarov signed a protocol between their ministries on training, retraining and advanced training of healthcare workers.
