Russian presidential aide Dyumin appointed State Council secretary - Kremlin

MOSCOW. May 29 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed an executive order On the Secretary of the State Council of the Russian Federation, the Kremlin press service said.

"To appoint Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Alexei Dyumin as Secretary of the State Council of the Russian Federation," the order said.

The order takes effect on the signing date, the press service said.
