GeoProMining Investment redomiciles to Kaliningrad SAR

MOSCOW. July 11 (Interfax) - GeoProMining Investment (CYP) Limited has been redomiciled from Cyprus to the Special Administrative Region (SAR) on Oktyabrsky Island in the Kaliningrad Region.

According to the materials of the SAR management company and the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the international company GeoProMining Investment LLC with authorized capital of about 83 million rubles was registered on Monday and included in the register of participants of the special district. The founders of the company have not been disclosed, while Mirzaaziz Musakhanov, an associate of businessman Roman Trotsenko, was appointed to head up the entity.

Since 2011, GeoProMining Investment (CYP) Limited has been the holding company of the GeoProMining mining group, which unites assets in Russia (gold and antimony mining) and Armenia (gold, copper and molybdenum mining).

As of 2020, Trotsenko was the controlling shareholder of GeoProMining Group.
