Demetra-Holding acquires IT company

MOSCOW. April 27 (Interfax) - Demetra-Holding is now the owner of Siam Consulting, a company operating in the field of IT technologies, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities says.

The company was registered in August 1999. Its owners were individuals.

The company's revenue in 2023 was 378.1 million rubles versus 357.7 million rubles in 2022, while net profit totaled 66.2 million rubles versus 38.5 million rubles, respectively.

Demetra-Holding told Interfax that the acquisition of the company will allow the holding to strengthen its own IT expertise and actively develop new digital competencies, including improving business processes. "As part of the development and expansion of Demetra-Holding's business, the issue of digitalization and improvement of business processes is becoming increasingly important," the company said.

Demetra-Holding owns combined assets in the fields of export logistics and grain trading. It owns the largest Russian grain terminals, the Novorossiysk Grain Terminal (100%), the Taman Grain Terminal Complex (50%), the Novorossiysk Bread Products Plant (NKHP , 35.36%) and other assets.
