Azerbaijan doubles electricity exports in H1
BAKU. July 12 (Interfax) - Azerbaijan boosted electricity exports 98% year-on-year in H1 2018 to 1.156 billion kilowatt-hours, the State Statistics Committee told Interfax.
The exports rose 120% in value, to $54.606 million.
Azerbaijan exports electricity to Georgia, Turkey, Russia and Iran.
It exported 1.16 billion kWh for $51 million in 2017.
