Progress MS07 resupply ship lift-off scheduled from Baikonur on Oct 14 for 2-day docking sequence with ISS - source
BAIKONUR. Oct 12 (Interfax-AVN) - The Baikonur Cosmodrome is preparing for a second launch attempt of the Soyuz 2.1A carrier rocket coupled with the Progress MS07 resupply ship to be followed by a two-day sequence of docking with the International Space Station (ISS) on Saturday, a source at the cosmodrome told Interfax.
"The state committee has determined the decision to launch the Progress MS07 resupply ship at 11.46 a.m. Moscow time on October 14 to be followed by a two-day [docking] sequence. The docking of the spacecraft with the ISS is thus planned for 02.11 p.m. Moscow time on October 16," the source said.
The state committee continues looking into the causes, which led the lift-off to be urgently cancelled on October 12, he said.
"Automatic [equipment] went off, we are looking into the causes of its activation," the source said.
